A hosted web-based software application.
Comprising a product file staging area, where you can collect all the current product information from your existing data systems. Automatically copy the latest data in from your operations systems. All data values (including images) and transfer formats catered for. Consumer Units and Traded Units are stored and linked. Also suitable for own-label product.
Contains the latest industry data standards definitions, which are updated regularly. QA workflow process automatically detects when there is new data to process. Product data is tested to ensure the basic formats and fixed list values are correct. Option to use external data quality services or ProAdvance Data QA service.
Data Scorecarding for all product items is automatically available within the application. Scorecard reporting allows you to track the improvement through your historical data scores.
The resulting "cleaned" product information is then available for re-use in your back-office systems, and can also be transferred directly to a customer hub or data pool.
Automatic machine-to-machine transfer is catered for, including automatic data pool links.
Online internal search engine with reporting to screen or file (spreadsheet, text) Generates product templates in spreadsheet format.
